Stewart Massey was a speaker at the Investment Management Summit held at the New York Stock Exchange for top-ranked financial advisor and leading industry experts. Mr. Massey discussed current trends as advisors look beyond traditional asset categories to generate alpha and reduce risk for their clients.
Les Quick moderated a series of panels that discussed “Alternative Asset Investing in the Family Office” at the Rothstein Kass Alternative Asset Summit in Las Vegas on October 12th. Topics included Hedge Funds, Real Estate and Private Equity investing. This unique forum facilitates networking, deal making and insight generation among the most influential persons and networks in the industry.

Joe Belfatto was a speaker at the Marcus Evans Private Wealth Management Summit in Florida on June 5th. In his presentation, “Pinpointing Best Practices in Manager Selection,” Mr. Belfatto addressed the increasing importance of identifying outstanding managers who match your investment and risk appetite and can achieve desired results and meet your investment criteria. He was also on a panel that discussed “The Future of Family Offices: Growing Trends and Evolving Business Models.”
Joe Belfatto joined the founders of Forefront Capital Management at a seminar sponsored by Infovest 21 in New York on May 18, 2011. The event was an educational and networking roundtable for investors to gain alpha exposure to undiscovered emerging managers. Joe joined a panel to discuss Massey Quick’s manager selection and due diligence process and explain how the firm views emerging managers.
